SUBZERO G13 is a concentrated coolant additive that combines mono ethylene glycol and glycerol. It utilizes a unique hybrid technology that incorporates a selection of inhibitors. This coolant additive is free of nitrites, amines, and phosphates. It  features a performance anticorrosion inhibitor system that combines silicates with organic acid technology (OAT). SUBZERO G13 offers excellent protection against frost, corrosion, and overheating for both modern passenger cars and commercial vehicle  engines throughout their entire service life. It meets the requirements of VW coolant specification VW TL 774-J (G13).

Application:
Before filling into the cooling system, SUBZERO G13 should be diluted with water. It is recommended to use distilled or demineralized water for this purpose. However, if the water hardness is not greater than 3.6 mmol/l, dilution with tap water is  also acceptable. The recommended concentration for blending SUBZERO G13 with water is between 33% to 60% by volume.  Typically, a 50/50 ratio of water and SUBZERO G13 is advisable for the mixture.

Analysis values of the water may not exceed the following threshold values:

  • Water hardness: 0 – 3.6 mmol/l
  • Chloride content: max. 100 ppm
  • Sulfate content: max. 100 ppm
