SUBZERO G11

SUBZERO G11 is an antifreeze coolant concentrate that uses mono ethylene glycol as its base. It is formulated without nitrite, amine, and phosphate. This hybrid-type coolant incorporates a blend of inorganic and organic corrosion inhibitors to provide protection against cavitation, freezing, rust, and overheating for modern engines in passenger cars and commercial vehicles. The corrosion inhibitors effectively safeguard all metals within the cooling system from corrosion and deposits. SUBZERO G11 meets the requirements of VW coolant specification VW TL 774-C (G11) and has a recommended service life of 7 years or 450,000 km.

Application:
To prepare SUBZERO G11 for use, it must be mixed with water before filling into the cooling system. It is recommended to use distilled water for this purpose. However, if the water hardness is not greater than 3.6 mmol/l, dilution with tap water is also acceptable. The recommended concentration is between 33% to 60% Coolant G11 and water, with a 50/50 ratio being generally advised.
Analysis values of the water may not exceed the following threshold values:

Water hardness: 0 – 3.6 mmol/l
Chloride content: max. 100 ppm
Sulfate content: max. 100 ppm
