S ULTRA EX oils are specifically formulated with high-performance base stocks and fortified with a proprietary advanced additive system. These oils are designed to offer the longest lasting engine protection by controlling oil breakdown, maximizing wear protection, and preventing sludge formation during extended oil change intervals. Additionally, S ULTRA EX oils provide protection against low speed pre-ignition (LSPI) in turbocharged gasoline direct injection (TGDI) engines, as well as help limit turbo coking and deposits that can potentially lead to turbocharger temperature increase or bearing failure.

Application:
This oil is recommended for high-output gasoline engines found in passenger cars, SUVs, vans, and light-duty trucks from North American, European, and Japanese manufacturers. It meets the specifications of API SP, SN Plus, ILSAC GF-6, and/or API SN, SM, SL quality oils. It is suitable for vehicles running on gasoline and ethanol-containing fuels up to E85. It is also suitable for modern turbocharged direct injection gasoline engines that require protection against low speed pre-ignition (LSPI). However, it is important to note that ILSAC GF-6B is not compatible with older engines.
